About
Quality, every time.
A personal approach.
At Laura Brown Studio, quality isn’t just a standard—
it’s a principle. It shapes reputations, builds trust,
and stands the test of time.
As an independent designer, I work closely with every client, offering a considered and hands-on approach from start to finish. No account managers, no unnecessary layers—just direct collaboration, personal attention, and a deep understanding of your vision.
Lean by design, the studio adapts to each project’s needs. When required, I bring in trusted collaborators—writers, photographers, illustrators—to ensure the right expertise is in place. Whether working solo or with a carefully assembled team, the focus remains the same: creating brands with clarity, depth, and lasting impact.
Nice to meet you.
I am a designer, writer, illustrator, and photographer based in Winchester—a city defined by history and a strong sense of place. My work
is shaped by simplicity and integrity, guided by the belief that design should be functional and felt—honest, tactile, and considered.
Every project begins with listening.
By understanding a client’s vision, I distil their story into its purest form, creating purposeful
and enduring work. Whether crafting a brand identity, illustrating with nuance, capturing evocative photography, or designing thoughtful packaging and web experiences, each piece is an opportunity to create something that resonates—quietly yet profoundly.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with clients across retail, hospitality, beauty, food, and lifestyle. Regardless of scale or sector, my approach remains the same: to create design that inspires connection, stands the test of time, and adds meaning to the everyday.
