Made well, made here
Positioning regional craft within retail
Made Well Made Here was developed as a campaign for Long Barn to identify and support makers across the British Isles.
The project centred on defining a clear proposition, establishing criteria around quality, provenance, and locality, and shaping how the campaign would be understood by both makers and customers.
The work extended across naming, identity, and communications, alongside the development of a digital platform to manage submissions and engagement.
In-store, the campaign translated into a series of touchpoints that foregrounded the stories behind each maker, positioning craft as something to be understood as well as purchased.
A retail campaign that connected product, place,
and people.
