For Harbour Hotels, the focus was on developing ideas that could operate across a diverse collection of destinations while maintaining a clear and consistent voice.

Think Beyond the Box reframed Christmas gifting as an experience rather than an object, positioning stays, meals, and shared moments as alternatives to traditional presents.

Alongside this, Sunday Social Club introduced a more informal, experience-led approach to dining, shifting emphasis from the meal itself to the social rituals surrounding it.

In parallel, I developed the editorial concept and strategy for an annual 130-page book, which was placed in guest rooms across the group. Conceived as a coffee table publication, it brought together place, people, and perspective, extending the brand beyond the stay itself.

Together, these initiatives established a more cohesive approach to communications spanning campaigns, experiences, and publishing.

A hospitality brand is articulated not only by where you stay, but also by how it is encountered and remembered.
